He's bold 'cause he's the Hulk, and the Hulk is always bold! Oh, you meant to type bald. Cause he just had brain surgery and doc Doom had to shave his head to perform the surgery.

Both are part of the story. As to why... I don't know. But it has to do with the storyline and what occurred prior to my issue.
